Dear Friends,

Welcome to the new Felton website.

Our makeover represents more than a fresh coat of paint. We have rebuilt the site from the ground up to better portray “what we do” and “how we do it”.

The site has been designed to feature not only our technology and market reach, but also to provide a glimpse into the culture of our company.

The launch of our site also coincides with the unveiling of a brand-new corporate identity—Felton Brush Incorporated is now simply Felton Incorporated—a subtle change to our name, but a significant step in our positioning strategy.

The name change allows us to achieve two important goals in our branding mission. First, it will sustain the legacy of the Felton name in our traditional markets, and secondly, it will better demonstrate the substantial expansion of our business model over the last several years.

One thing that has not changed is that the success of our business still originates with our strength in understanding the markets we serve and working closely with our customers.

Each opportunity we face has its unique set of intricate challenges. We utilize our expertise in advanced materials, product design, and lean manufacturing to deliver customized, highly engineered solutions—all in order to conquer some of the most demanding technical hurdles imaginable.

The results have produced a long track record of successful partnerships from Fortune 500 companies to a wide array of creative, entrepreneurial businesses, and just about everything in between.

Our company performance is boosted every day by a talented, motivated organization. Each employee at Felton is a partner in our Employee Stock Ownership Plan, so the phrase “ownership mentality” takes on a whole new meaning with our team members, and that pride is evident the minute you step through our doors.

Our website might be new, but our company is definitely not.

Felton began operating as an industrial brush manufacturer in—believe it or not—1852. The roots of that business remain an important part of our company today. You might enjoy some turn-of-the-century photos in the Felton Heritage section of our new site.

We are very charged up about Felton’s future, and we hope that energy comes through loud and clear as you navigate our site.

Thank you for taking the time to discover the new Felton!
