Staple Set/Machine Brush Beds
Rectangular block, wheel or cylinder; synthetic or natural filaments; for virtually any application, Felton’s solid-back and stapleset options are limited only by your imagination.
Epoxy Set
Our ferrule applicators are manufactured by inserting fill materials into a ferrule and holding them in place with an epoxy-set or other bonding agent. By inserting a plug in the center of the fill material, Felton is able to vary the density to suit the specific end use.
Design Flex® and MultiFlex™
Our flexible-back brushes are made from extruded, flexible thermoplastics, such as polypropylene, polyethylene, styrene, nylons, and more. Choose single- or multiple-row tuft configurations to fit a broad range of applications.
Abrasives/String Wheels
Felton string wheels are ideal for fine metal finishing and polishing of plastics without friction-induced melting, while our range of grit-impregnated nylons enables difficult metal-removal operations. Brush-backed sandpaper strips come in multiple grits and finger sizes for metal deburring and wood sanding.
Static
Felton anti-static brushes—ideal for printer/copier, and other office equipment applications—are constructed of stainless steel, aluminum, brass, copper and other brush-mounting materials. Bristle choices include anti-static or conductive nylons, carbon fibers, stainless steel yarns, and brass/nylon mixtures. Bristles are available in various trim lengths and densities.
