Dan Boehm

President & CEO

Since joining Felton in 2006, Dan has engineered the transformation of the company from a product-driven enterprise to one with a market and technology focus. Leveraging his extensive corporate experience in both the public and private sectors, Dan brings clarity and a sense of purpose to the Felton mission every day.

Dan's creative leadership style and unwavering commitment to building a corporate culture based on integrity, trust, and accountability have positioned the company for long-term sustainable growth.

Before joining Felton, Dan spent nine years in senior executive roles (including two as CEO) at a private equity-held plastics manufacturer. Prior to that, he spent fourteen years serving various leadership roles in manufacturing, sales, marketing, and business management with Hercules, Inc., a multibillion dollar chemical company, where he last served as global business director of the $200 million food ingredient division.

Dan graduated magna cum laude from Clemson University in 1983 with a B.S. degree in chemical engineering.

Daniela Cooper

Finance and Administration

Daniela began her career with Felton in 1994 and advanced quickly through the accounting department, thanks to her considerable financial acumen and unparalleled work ethic. Daniela was named Controller in 2006 and became the Vice President of Finance in 2010. She now heads up Felton’s Financial, Administrative and IT functions.

Daniela's knowledge of Felton’s business stretches well beyond the numbers, and her unique and impressive background provide a key ingredient to the Felton culture. Prior to joining the company, Daniela earned a law degree in her native Poland and spent 15 years in legal and financial leadership roles in both the federal government and private sector. She moved to the New Hampshire area in 1993 and has since become a proud U.S. citizen. The light really is always on in Daniela’s office.

Matt Gorham

Engineering and Technology

Matt joined Felton nearly 15 years ago in a technical sales role, and since then he has advanced through a series of leadership positions in engineering, product development, quality, and strategic sourcing. He was ultimately appointed head of the Engineering & Technology group in 2008. Prior to joining Felton, Matt received his B.S. degree from Plymouth State and developed his business- and technical skills in the printing industry.

Matt combines formidable technical knowledge in materials, design, and engineering with a passion to deliver innovative and protectable solutions to our customers. An accomplished angler who is well known for his library of photos posing with large fish, he attributes his success at Felton to the highly talented and motivated team he works with every day.

Roy Wirth

Business Unit Leadership

Roy began his career with Felton as plant manager in 1995, advancing the company’s quality systems with particular gains in the areas of inventory control and production planning, all while creating a culture of teamwork that helped pave the way for the ESOP in 2004. Roy’s blend of business expertise and manufacturing depth enabled him to assume the role of business unit manager in 2007. Prior to joining Felton, Roy spent a decade in manufacturing management positions in the food industry after receiving his degree in Business Administration from New Hampshire College.

A true “gentleman farmer,” Roy brings both excitement and expertise to his work, particularly in the agricultural segment. “I enjoy teaming with our customers to help them cut design time and save money,” he says. “I think being able to speak their language really helps to move those partnerships forward.” We assure you that Roy’s popularity has nothing to do with his tradition of supplying the entire staff with delicious maple syrup made each spring from his own trees.
